Objective:To analyze the clinical application of 256-slice spiral CT combination and MRCP in the diagnosis of bile duct obstruction.Methods:119 patients were highly suspected of bile duct obstruction in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2023,who underwent 256-slice spiral CT recombinant technology and magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography(MRCP)after admission. The diagnostic results were compared by using the pathological examination as the gold standard. Results:In the accuracy of localization diagnosis and MRCP and pathological diagnosis(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the localization accuracy and qualitative diagnosis and pathological diagnosis(P>0.05).Using ROC curve as the independent variable(non-bile duct obstruction =0,bile duct obstruction =1),and 256-slice spiral CT recombinant technique,MRCP diagnosis and combined diagnosis, the ROC curve showed that the combined diagnosis of bile duct obstruction was AUC(0.961,95%CI:0.763-0.985)higher than the single index, and the sensitivity and specificity were 97.75%and 96.67%,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both 256-slice spiral CT combination and MRCP can realize the clinical diagnosis of bile duct obstruction, each with its own advantages. The combined diagnosis of the two has higher application value in the clinical diagnosis of bile duct obstruction.
