Clinical Effect Analysis of PFNA Internal Fixation Under Fluoroscopy of Siemens C-Arm X-Ray Machine in Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fracture of Femur
Objective:To analyze the effect of PFNA internal fixation under fluoroscopy of Siemens C-arm X-ray machine in the treatment of patients with intertrochanteric fractures of femur.Methods:In this study,48 patients who received treatment for intertrochanteric fracture of femur in hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and the patients were divided into observation group(n=24,PFNA internal fixation under fluoroscopy by Siemens C-arm X-ray machine)and control group(n=24,dynamic hip screw internal fixation)according to computer randomization method.Results:There were significant differences between the observation group and the control group in the rate of excellent and good treatment,the relevant time index,the level of postoperative inflammatory factor index and the incidence of complications,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in preoperative inflammatory factor indexes between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion:PFNA internal fixation under fluoroscopy by Siemens C-arm X-ray machine is an ideal treatment method for patients with intertrochanteric fractures of femur.
