Objective:To observe the clinical value of instrumental analysis and microscopic examination in urine detection.Methods:100 patients with urine test in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected retrospectively, and the positive status of each index, the detection of various types of diseases, and the diagnostic value of individual and combined tests were statistically analyzed. Results:The positive rate of red blood cells detected by instrumental analysis method was lower than that by microscopic examination method(P<0.05),and the positive rate of white blood cells detected by instrumental analysis method was higher than that by microscopic examination method(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the positive rate of protein and tube type detected by instrumental analysis method and microscopic examination method(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the detection rates of endocrine diseases, hepatobiliary diseases, circulatory diseases, urinary system diseases and other diseases by instrumental analysis and microscopic examination(P>0.05).The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the combined detection of instrumental analysis and microscopy were higher than those of the single detection(P<0.05),but the difference between the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the combined detection of instrumental analysis and microscopy was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical value of instrumental analysis and microscopic examination in urine detection is equivalent, but the former is more suitable for white blood cell detection, the latter is more suitable for red blood cell detection, and the combined detection of the two has high diagnostic value.
