Objective:To compare the clinical effects of ureteroscopic and percutaneous nephroscope in the treatment of renal calculi. Methods:A total of 64 patients with kidney stones were selected from PKU Care CNOOC Hospital,Tianjin to carry out the study. The control group was treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy, and the observation group was treated with ureteroscopic lithotripsy. The operative indexes, the effect of renal stone removal, renal function indexes and operative complications were observed. Results:The time of operation, time of getting out of bed and time of hospitalization in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the VAS score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clearance rate of renal pelvis stones in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P>0.05),and the clearance rate of lower calyx stones was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total clearance rate of renal stones between the two groups(P>0.05).The clearance rate of small stones in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum cystatin C,urinary kidney injury factor and blood muscle liver in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of surgical complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ureteroscopic lithotripsy has more advantages in the removal of renal pelvis stones and small stones, with less damage to patients'renal function.
