Application of Mild Hypothermia Therapeutic Apparatus in Patients with Sellar Region Tumor After Operation and Its Influence on Nerve Function and Activity Ability
Objective:To investigate the application of mild hypothermia therapy apparatus in patients with sellar region tumor after operation and its effect on nerve function and activity.Methods:60 patients with sellar region tumor surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30)according to the order of patient admission time,the patients in both groups were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery,the control group received routine postoperative treatment,including reducing intracranial pressure,anticoagulation,oxygen therapy,and improving blood circulation,the observation group added a mild hypothermia treatment device on the basis of routine postoperative treatment,and compared the treatment effect,neurological function,and mobility of the two groups of patients.Results:The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);After 2 weeks of treatment,the NIHSS scale score in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group,and the Norton score was lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05).3 months after operation,the scores of QoR-40 and Barthel scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic instrument of mild hypothermia can improve the clinical curative effect,improve the nerve function and activity ability of the patients.
