Objective:To analyze the effect of high flow oxygen therapy(HNFC)in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and type Ⅱ respiratory failure.Methods:96 cases of acute exacerbation of COPD with type Ⅱ respiratory failure were selected this time.According to the computer table method,48 cases were included in the control group and 48 cases in the observation group from April 2020 to April 2021,and routine treatment and HNFC treatment were carried out respectively.During this period, arterial blood gas analysis indicators and serum inflammation levels were recorded, pulmonary function was evaluated, complications were counted, and anxiety scores during treatment were compared. Results:The PaO2,FEV1,FEV1/FVC levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05;However,the PCO2,serum inflammation level, and anxiety score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High flow oxygen therapy in the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD with type Ⅱ respiratory failure can effectively improve the blood gas indicators of patients, reduce the inflammatory level of the body, thus promoting the rehabilitation of patients'pulmonary function, reducing the risk of complications and improving the clinical efficacy.
