Objective:Through the data analysis of the use of ventilators in our hospital,consolidating existing resources and reallocating ventilators,improve the utilization rate of ventilators in the whole hospital,and provide a basis for relevant departments in the purchase decision and management practice of ventilators.Methods:The use of ventilator in our hospital from December 1,2020 to November 30,2021(as a control group)was exported through HIS system and the data were analyzed.According to the data analysis,ventilator resources of the whole hospital were re-integrated according to the management principle of"global planning,decentralized management and overall arrangement".The period after resource integration(from December 1,2021 to November 30,2022)will be used as the observation group.The utilization rate of ventilator in each department,the rate of"no interdepartmental loan"of ventilator and the satisfaction of medical staff were compared between the two groups.Results:The average utilization rate of each department in the control group was 8.31(h×s-1/d),and the average utilization rate of each department in the observation group was 9.58(h×s-1/d).The equipment utilization rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The rate of"no clinical inter-department loan"was 84.38%(308/365)in the control group and 96.71%(353/365)in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of equipment use in the control group was 84%(168/200),while in the observation group it was 94%(188/200),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The large difference in the opening rate of clinical public equipment in different departments,idle equipment rate can be effectively avoided by analyzing the use of medical equipment and guiding the purchase and use management of medical equipment,which is a management mode that can be widely promoted in clinical public equipment.
