Objective:To establish a refined information management system for the entire process of medical consumables based on the third-party drug supply chain management system(SPD)management model and analyze its practical application.Methods:By dissecting the existing problems in the management of previous medical supplies in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jiujiang City,we construct a fully flow information refined management system for medical supplies based on the management mode of SPD and use time.Results:After the application of the full flow informatics refined management system for medical supplies based on the SPD management mode,the storage area use saving was>30%,and the reagent stock cost was compressed by approximately 500 thousand per month.There was a 15.25%increase in discharge attendances,a 14.05%decrease in non chargeable consumables,a 16.09%decrease in consumables cost per capita,and a 40min reduction in time required for the new mode of management.Conclusion:It is of great positive significance to construct the all flow information refined management system of medical supplies based on the management mode of SPD and practice it will also be of great significance to refine the management and cost control of medical supplies in our hospital.
