Objective:Based on the management experience of high-value consumables,realized the whole process monitoring of the circulation and use of inspection consumables in hospital,and promoted the fine management of inspection consumables.Methods:Relying on the hospital material management system,after the company completed the distribution list,the platform system automatically generated the consumables bar code according to the distribution information.Realized one object and one code,and the object code was consistent.The barcode will be used as the unique ID card(ID)of consumables circulating in the hospital until the consumables are used on the machine.We can scan the code to accept consumables and use consumables.Results:It is found that the new management mode can solve the shortcomings of the previous management mode,and realize the whole process monitoring from acceptance to use after the inspection consumables enter hospital.The new management mode achieves the goal of fine management of inspection consumables,can provide accurate inventory and use data,and provide effective data support for accurate accounting of the hospital.Conclusion:The bar code consignment mode is the preliminary exploration of our bar code management.In the future,UDI will be fully implemented in medical consumables,and finally realize the whole life cycle traceability management of inspection consumables from production to sales to hospital use.
