Objective:To explore the effect of device atlas management on improving work efficiency and quality in equipment handover management of disinfection supply room.Methods:From July 2021 to July 2022,310 instrument kits handed over from the disinfection supply center of our hospital to the operating room were selected,they were divided into two groups according to different device handover management methods.Among them,155 instrument kits were managed by routine handover management as the control group,and 155 instrument kits were handed over and managed through the device atlas as the observation group.The efficiency of device packaging and handover,the quality of nursing staff's device management work and the pass rate of device management,and the occurrence of defect events were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the time of packing and handover of small bags,medium bags and large bags were shorter than the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the scores of device recovery,device cleaning,device disinfection and sterilization,device verification,and device handover were higher than the control group(P<0.05),and in the observation group,the qualified rate of instrument cleaning,packaging,sterilization and distribution were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of defect events in the observation group was 1.29%,which was lower than 5.81%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of device chart management in the management of device handover in the disinfection supply room can further shorten the time of device packaging and handover,improve the efficiency of handover management,and help to improve the level of device management of nursing staff,improve the qualified rate of device management,and effectively reduce the incidence of defect events.
