Objective:To explore the preventive value of chain process management for extravasation of contrast agent in CT.Methods:For retrospective analysis of 114 patients undergoing CT enhancement scan from January 2020 to January 2022,the study subjects were divided into the routine management group(n=53)and the chain process management group(n=61);The routine management group received the routine management process, the patients in the chain process management group received the incidence of contrast extravasation, the incidence of adverse reactions, and the satisfaction scores of the management process, nursing service, education and guidance, and treatment experience. Results:The number of cases of contrast agent extravasation in the chain process management group was significantly lower than the conventional management group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two study groups(P>0.05);The satisfaction with the management process, nursing services, education and guidance was significantly higher than that of the conventional management group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chain process management can effectively reduce the contrast agent extravasation rate of CT enhanced scanning patients and improve patients'satisfaction with the medical treatment process, which has high application value.
