Observation on the Effectiveness of DSA Guided Interventional Embolization in the Treatment of Massive Hemorrhage from Pelvic Fracture
Objective:To observe the effectiveness of interventional embolization under the guidance of DSA(digital subtraction angiography)in the treatment of massive hemorrhage from pelvic fracture. Methods:The case samples were selected from July 2021 to July 2022.A total of 80 patients with massive hemorrhage from pelvic fracture were enrolled before and after. They were equally divided into two groups by digital random method. The control group(n=40)was treated with conventional surgical scheme. The observation group(n=40)was treated with vascular interventional embolization under the guidance of DSA technology. The observation indicators were patients'shock, hemostasis, infusion volume, blood transfusion volume, complications and mortality, the treatment results were compared between groups. Results:After treatment, the incidence of shock in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(37.50%)(10.00%,P<0.05);The success rate of hemostasis of 97.50%in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 77.50%in the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the amount of infusion and blood transfusion in the observation group showed a lower level(P<0.05);The complication rate of 5.00%and mortality rate of 2.50%in the observation group were slightly lower than those of 10.00%and 7.50%in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Vascular interventional embolization under the guidance of DSA for patients with massive hemorrhage from pelvic fracture can effectively improve the success rate of hemostasis, timely achieve the goal of correction of hemorrhagic shock, reduce the amount of blood transfusion and complications, and reduce the mortality of patients.
