Clinical Diagnostic Value of Coronary CTA and DSA in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease
Objective:To analyze the clinical diagnostic value of coronary CTA and DSA in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:From January 2020 to June 2022,64 patients with coronary heart disease were selected from the Tianjin Medical University Chu Hsien-I Memorial Hospital and underwent CTA and DSA examinations. The same group of experienced doctors were selected to analyze the results of CTA and DSA,and the results were recorded as observation group and control group respectively. To observe the stenosis and plaque character of coronary artery by CTA and DSA and the diagnostic value of CTA in coronary artery stenosis. Results:Using DSA detection results as the diagnostic gold standard, the detection rate of CTA stenosis in blood vessels was 98.51%.There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between the two test results in terms of vascular stenosis type and plaque properties. The sensitivity and specificity of CTA were 98.33%(118/120)and 95.39%(269/282)respectively.Conclusion:Both coronary CTA and DSA have high diagnostic value in patients with coronary heart disease.Coronary CTA is a non-invasive procedure.
