The Value of MRI Multi b-Value Diffusion Weighted Imaging Combined with Multi Phase Enhanced Scanning in the Differential Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Prostate Nodules
Objective:To explore the value of MRI multi b-value diffusion weighted imaging combined with multi phase enhanced scanning in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant prostate nodules. Methods:From February 2020 to February 2022,100 patients with prostate nodules in our hospital were selected as the case group, and 100 health examination personnel were selected as the health group. Results:The sensitivity, accuracy, and negative predictive value of multi b-value DWI combined with multi phase enhanced scanning were higher than those of single examination. The MR units of 0,300s/mm2 in malignant patients were lower than those in benign patients, and the MR units of 600,900,1200,1500,1800,and 2100s/mm2 in benign patients were higher than those in benign patients. The Sde,Slope b-signal,and ADC standard of malignant patients were lower than those of benign patients. In the case group, the R and SImax%of malignant and benign patients were higher than those in the healthy group, and the Tmax was lower than those in the healthy group. The R of malignant patients was higher than that of benign patients, and the Tmax was lower than that of benign patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant prostate nodules, the value of MRI multi b-value diffusion weighted imaging combined with multi phase enhanced scanning is higher than that of single examination.
