Clinical Value and Exploration Skills of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Acute Appendicitis
Objective:To explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis and analyze the exploration techniques.Methods:53 patients with acute appendicitis were selected from our hospital,and their admission time was selected from March 2021 to February 2023.All patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasound to observe the image characteristics of color Doppler ultrasound.Results:Among 53 patients with acute appendicitis,47 patients found a blind tube-like structure in the right lower abdomen.According to CDFI,the wall of the blind tube-like structure had sparse patchy and short rod-shaped blood flow signals or no blood flow signals;Inflammatory mass was found in the right lower abdomen in 4 patients,which was considered as periappendiceal abscess.2 patients had tenderness and rebound pain in the probe of the right lower abdominal appendage area due to their short appendix and obesity.The total coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 96.23％(51/53).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound has high clinical value in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.
