Comparison of the Effect of Non-Invasive Ventilator and BMC H-80 High Flow Humidifier Oxygen Therapy in the Treatment of Respiratory Failure
Objective:The clinical effects of non-invasive ventilator and BMC H-80 high flow humidified oxygen therapy in the treatment of patients with respiratory failure were compared and analyzed. Methods:In this study,40 patients with respiratory failure admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups according to random number table method.20 patients in the observation group were treated with BMC H-80 high-flow humidifier oxygen therapy apparatus during treatment, and 20 patients in the control group were treated with non-invasive ventilator during treatment. Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the therapeutic effect and the indexes of vital signs, blood gas analysis and quality of life before treatment,P>0.05.The indexes of blood gas analysis and quality of life after treatment in the observation group were better than those before treatment, but the indexes of vital signs were poor, with a significant statistical difference compared to the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:For patients with respiratory failure, the application of Remate BMC H-80 high-flow humidified oxygen therapy can better improve their blood gas analysis indicators and quality of life, but the effect of maintaining the stability of patients'heart rate and respiratory rate is not as good as that of non-invasive ventilator.
