Effect of Laparoscopy Combined with Stent in the Treatment of Left Colon Cancer with Obstruction and Its Influence on Stress Response and Immune Function of Patients
Objective:To study the effect of laparoscopy combined with stent in the treatment of left colon cancer with obstruction and its influence on the stress response and immune function of patients.Methods:46 cases of left colon cancer with obstruction were divided into control group and observation group according to different operation methods, and were treated with laparotomy and laparoscopy combined with stent respectively. The operation and postoperative conditions, complications, stress reaction and immunity before and after operation were observed in the two groups. Results:The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the operation time was higher than that in the control group, but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The use time of antibiotics, postoperative anal exhaust time, and hospitalization time were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in CRP,CD3+and CD4+/CD8+between the two groups before operation(P>0.05),there was statistically significant difference in CRP,CD3+and CD4+/CD8+between the two groups after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopy combined with stent is effective in the treatment of left colon cancer with obstruction.
