Observation of the Effect of Hysteroscopic Cold Knife System and Electrocautery on Intrauterine Adhesions
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic cold knife system in the treatment of uterine adhesions.Methods:62 patients with intrauterine adhesions were selected for this experiment, and they were divided into two groups to adopt different treatment methods and analyze the treatment effect. The experimental period was from January 2020 to January 2022,all of them were patients received by our hospital. The groups were respectively the observation group(hysteroscopic cold knife system treatment)and the conventional group(electrosurgical treatment). The surgical indicators, the therapeutic effect of uterine cavity morphology, the treatment effect of restoring menstrual volume to normal, and the recurrence rate of the patients in the two groups were evaluated after a follow-up of 6 months. Results:Compared with the two groups in terms of surgical time, intraoperative bleeding, and hospital stay, the observation group was better(P<0.05);In terms of the therapeutic effect of uterine cavity morphology,it can be found that the effective rate of the observation group is significantly higher(P<0.05);In the comparison of the effective rate of treatment when the menstrual volume returns to normal,it can be found that the effective rate of treatment in the observation group is significantly higher(P<0.05);Both groups of patients were followed up for 6 months, and compared with the recurrence rate, the observation group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of hysteroscopic cold knife system on patients with uterine adhesions is very ideal, and it is of great significance for their rehabilitation.
