Observation on the Efficacy of Colposcopy Combined with LEEP Surgery in the Treatment of Cervical CIN
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effects of colposcopy examination and cervical circular resection surgery on patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods:A total of 72 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia admitted to our hospital were selected, with a time distribution range of August 2021 to August 2022.According to different surgical methods,36 patients were included in the reference group and routine surgical treatment plans were performed. The remaining 36 patients were included in the experimental group and underwent colposcopy and cervical circular resection treatment plans. The treatment results of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results:The recorded intraoperative bleeding volume, surgical time, hospitalization time, incision healing time, postoperative serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen and human soluble leukocyte antigen G,postoperative complication rate, and recurrence rate within 6 months in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, the use of colposcopy and cervical circular resection can achieve ideal therapeutic effects, improve the serum levels of squamous cell carcinoma antigen and soluble white blood cell antigen G in patients, reduce the probability of postoperative complications and recurrence.
