Effect of Respiratory Circuit Disinfection Combined with Artificial Nasal Filter on Positive Rate of Bacteria in Respiratory Circuit
Objective:To explore the application value of respiratory circuit disinfection+artificial nasal filter in anesthesia machine and its influence on the positive rate of bacteria in respiratory circuit.Methods:4 anesthesia machines used in our hospital from January 2021 to April 2023 were divided into groups by envelope method.The respiratory circuit of anesthesia machine in control group was not disinfected+no artificial nasal filter was used;Observation group anesthesia machine respiratory circuit was not disinfected+artificial nasal filter was used;Experimental group anesthesia machine respiratory circuit disinfection+no artificial nasal filter;Research group disinfection of respiratory circuit of anesthesia machine+use of artificial nasal filter.50 samples were sampled from the suction ports of four groups of anesthesia machines to complete the bacterial culture treatment,and the positive detection of bacteria in the samples was compared.Results:The positive detection rate of bacteria in the control group anesthesia machine was higher than that in the experimental group anesthesia machine before and after use(P<0.05);The positive detection rate of bacteria in the observation group before and after anesthesia machine use was not significantly different from that in the study group(P>0.05);The positive detection rate of bacteria in the observation group and research group after anesthesia machine use was not significantly increased compared to the control group and experimental group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Respiratory circuit disinfection combined with artificial nasal filter can greatly reduce the positive rate of respiratory circuit bacteria,avoid bacterial infection in patients,and ensure the safety of anesthesia machine.
