To Study the Clinical Effect of Red and Blue Light Therapeutic Instrument Combined with Micro-Needle Radiofrequency Acne Therapeutic Instrument in the Treatment of Acne and Pores
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of red and blue light therapy instrument combined with microneedle radiofrequency acne therapy instrument in the treatment of acne and pores.Methods:A total of 80 acne patients who received treatment in the undergraduate room from January 2018 to December 2021 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with microneedles radiofrequency acne therapy apparatus,and the observation group was treated with red and blue light therapy apparatus on the basis of the control group.The situation after treatment was observed and compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in effective rate 1 and 2 months after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the effective rate of 97.50％was higher than that of the control group(72.50％),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in the quality of life index between the two groups(P>0.05),and after treatment,the quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of pruritus,erythema and burning in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Red and blue light therapy instrument combined with microneedle radiofrequency acne therapy instrument for the treatment of acne has positive significance in the treatment of acne pores,effectively improve acne symptoms,safety and guarantee,very clinical value.
