Analysis of Infrared Therapeutic Device Combined with Hydrocolloid Dressing to Prevent Mechanical Phlebitis After PICC Catheterization in Patients with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
Objective:To explore the value of infrared therapy device combined with hydrocolloid dressing in preventing mechanical phlebitis after PICC catheterization in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:60 patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated in our hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were used as research subjects, and they were divided into a control group and an observation group based on the lottery method. The control group and the observation group received conventional treatment, respectively.Infrared therapy device combined with hydrocolloid dressing intervention. Results:Compared with the control group, the intervention effect, treatment satisfaction, incidence of mechanical phlebitis and other indicators of the observation group were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of this disease with two different treatment methods can control the incidence of mechanical phlebitis after PICC catheterization, improve the quality of life of patients, promote the improvement of pain response, and provide the necessary means to improve the intervention effect and treatment satisfaction.
