The Value of Ventilator in Patients with Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To explore the application effect of ventilator in emergency transport of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods:From the patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital between January 2021 and December 2022,60 patients were randomly selected as the research subjects, and the random number table method was used to form an experimental group and a control group.30 cases in each of the two groups were given routine first aid transport nursing intervention, and the control group applied transport breathing.Airbags, the experimental group used ventilators to compare the first-aid transportation effects of the two groups. Results:In terms of transportation effect, the experimental group had significantly shorter transportation time and time to enter the emergency room compared to the control group; The success rate of transportation in the experimental group was 96.66%,while in the control group it was 76.66%.The success rate of transportation in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of vital signs, after application, the HR,SR,and SBP of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of blood gas analysis indicators, after application, the pH value,PaCO2,and PaO2 of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of first-aid transportation of patients with cerebral infarction, the application of a ventilator can effectively improve the patient's blood gas condition, stabilize its vital signs, further shorten the transfer time, strive for the rescue time for patients, and greatly improve the survival rate of patients.
