Clinical Effect Analysis of Endoscopic Snare Combined with Foreign Body Forceps in the Treatment of Small Stromal Ttumor of Gastric Fundus
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect analysis of endoscopic snare combined with foreign body forceps in the treatment of small stromal tumor of gastric fundus.Methods:52 patients with small stromal tumor of gastric fundus were retrospectively chosen in the period from January 2017 to January 2023 in our hospital. All patients were divided into the following two groups according to the differences in endoscopic surgical plans including control group with 20 cases treated with submucosal tunnel endoscopic resection and experiment group with 32 cases treated by endoscopic snare combined with foreign body forceps. The operative time, intraoperative blood loss, complete resection rate, wound healing rate and perioperative complication rate of 2 groups were compared. Results:The operation time and intraoperative blood loss of experiment group was significantly less than control group(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of experiment group was significantly less than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the complete resection rate, wound healing rate and complication rate between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with submucosal tunnel endoscopic resection, endoscopic snare combined with foreign body forceps in the treatment of small stromal tumor of gastric fundus has the advantages of simple operation, short operation time and less iatrogenic trauma, and the overall efficacy and safety are close with submucosal tunnel endoscopic resection.
