全自动血培养仪与全自动微生物鉴定仪在血液感染细菌中的鉴别诊断价值

目的:探讨全自动血培养仪与全自动微生物鉴定仪在血液感染细菌中鉴别诊断的差异.方法:将本院2021年1月~2021年12月检验科的101份血液为研究对象并将其分为两份,一份采用全自动微生物鉴定仪进行检测并纳入对照组,另一份采用全自动血培养仪进行检测并纳入观察组,比较两组血标本的细菌检出率、检出时间以及药敏实验结果.结果:观察组与对照组两种检验方法下血液标本细菌的阳性菌与阴性菌检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组细菌检出时间短于对照组(P<0.05).观察组与对照组的药敏实验结果差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:于血液感染细菌的鉴别诊断方法上,全自动血培养仪与全自动微生物鉴定仪均能有效准确地检出病原菌并提高确诊率,但全自动血培养仪在检查效率上更具有优势.
Differential Diagnostic Value of Automatic Blood Culture Instrument and Automatic Microorganism Identification Instrument in Blood Infection Bacteria
Objective:To explore the difference between automatic blood culture instrument and automatic microbial identification instrument in the differential diagnosis of blood infection bacteria.Methods:A total of 101 blood samples from the laboratory department of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups.One was detected by automatic microbial identification instrument and included in the control group,and the other was detected by automatic blood culture instrument and included in the observation group.The bacterial detection rate,detection time and drug sensitivity test results of the two groups of blood samples were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the detection rate of positive and negative bacteria in blood samples between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The detection time of bacteria in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the results of drug sensitivity test between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions:In the differential diagnosis of blood infection bacteria,both automatic blood culture instrument and automatic microbial identification instrument can effectively and accurately detect pathogenic bacteria and improve the diagnosis rate,but the automatic blood culture instrument has more advantages in the inspection efficiency.
