目的:分析对于颅脑损伤术后脑梗死患者应用迈瑞BS-800M全自动生化分析仪检测C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)与希森美康CS-5100全自动凝血分析仪检测D-二聚体(D-dimer,DD)的价值.方法:本研究将2020年1月~2022年12月在本院接受颅脑损伤术后脑梗死治疗的患者10例作为实验对象,对患者病灶体积、严重程度进行分级,并实现不同情况患者DD与CRP水平的测定.结果:不同病灶体积、不同病情严重程度患者DD与CRP水平存在显著差异,P<0.05.患者24h内DD与CRP水平与病灶体积、NIHSS评分有显著正相关,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论:颅脑损伤后脑梗死患者DD与CRP水平对病情、预后评价有着一定的指导意义与价值.
The Value of BS-800M Automatic Biochemical Analyzer for Detecting C-Reactive Protein and CS-5100 Automatic Coagulation Analyzer for Detecting D-Dimer in Patients with Cerebral Infarction After Craniocerebral Injury
Objective:To analyze the value of using Mindray BS-800M automatic biochemical analyzer to detect C-reactive protein(CRP)and Hisense Micron CS-5100 automatic coagulation analyzer to detect D-dimer(DD)in patients with post-operative cerebral infarction after traumatic brain injury.Methods:This study selected 10 patients who underwent post-operative cerebral infarction treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 as experimental subjects.The lesion volume and severity of the patients were graded,and the levels of DD and CRP in patients with different conditions were measured.Results:There were significant differences in DD and CRP levels among patients with different lesion volumes and severity of the disease,with P<0.05.There was a significant positive correlation between DD and CRP levels within 24 hours,lesion volume,and NIHSS score in patients,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of DD and CRP in patients with cerebral infarction after craniocerebral injury have certain guiding significance and value in evaluating the condition and prognosis of the disease.
