Application of Continuous Invasive Intracranial Pressure Monitoring in the Treatment of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage
Objective:To evaluate the positive effect of continuous invasive intracranial pressure monitoring technology on the with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods:From January 2020 to January 2022,the clinical data of 68 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were retrospectively extracted and grouped according to "whether to accept continuous pressure monitoring"(to ensure that 34 cases in each group). The control group invasive intracranial pressure monitoring, while the observation.Results:①Compared with 32.35%of the observed data of complications in the control group, the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).② Compared with the observation data of clinical indicators the control group, the mannitol use time of patients in the observation group was shorter and the dose was less(P<0.05).③After treatment, the neurological functions of the patients in the observation group were, and the values of each index in the QLQ-30 quality of life scale were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous invasive intracranial pressure monitoring has significant treatment of hypertensive patients.
