The Analysis of Clinical Effect of Non-Invasive Ventilator in the Treatment of Acute Left Heart Failure with Dyspnea
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and effective rate of non-invasive ventilator in the treatment of acute left heart failure with dyspnea.Methods:54 patients with acute left heart failure and dyspnea who were treated in our hospital from August 2021 to September 2022 were selected as samples for this study. They were divided into 27 patients in the conventional group and 27 patients in the study group who were treated with non-invasive ventilator. The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05);The physiological indexes of patients in the study group were better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);The cardiac function indexes of patients in the study group were significantly improved(P<0.05);The blood gas indexes of patients in the study group were better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);The levels of cardiac natriuretic peptide and brain natriuretic peptide in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with acute left heart failure and dyspnea,non-invasive ventilation can effectively improve the blood gas index, cardiac function index and various physiological indexes of patients, reduce the level of cardiac natriuretic peptide and brain natriuretic peptide, and improve the clinical treatment effect, which has high application value.
