Clinical Value of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Thyroid Microcarcinoma
Objective:To explore the application of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid microcarcinoma.Methods:120 patients with thyroid diseases in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected. All patients were examined by two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound. The results of two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound were analyzed based on the pathological examination results as the gold standard. Results:The diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of color Doppler ultrasound were higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in diagnostic specificity(P>0.05).In terms of aspect ratio≥1,low echo, rich blood flow, and the proportion of microcalcification, there was a significant difference between malignant and benign thyroid lesions(P<0.05);In terms of PSV and RI,the PSV of malignant lesions was lower than that of benign lesions(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in RI between benign and malignant lesions(P>0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound is of high value in the diagnosis of thyroid microcarcinoma, which can differentiate benign and malignant lesions and provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
