Analysis and Value of DCE-MRI and DWI Combined Imaging Technology in the Diagnosis of Prostatic Abscess
Objective:To explore the application effect and clinical value of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI)and diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)in the diagnosis of prostatic abscess. Methods:The patients with prostate abscess(n=40)in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were included in the study, and they were taken as the prostate abscess group. At the same time,40 healthy people in our hospital were taken as the control group. Both groups received DCE-MRI and DWI imaging. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of single imaging and combined imaging technology were compared, and the ADC value,Ktrans,Kep and Ve parameters of the two groups were compared. Results:There were 32 positive cases in the group of prostate abscess detected by DCE-MRI,30 cases detected by DWI,and 38 cases detected by combined diagnosis. The sensitivity and accuracy of combined diagnosis were 95.0%and 97.5%,respectively,which were superior to single diagnosis by DCE-MRI and DWI,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the specificity of different diagnostic methods(P>0.05);The ADC value of the prostate abscess group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Ktrans and Kep were higher than that of the control group. There was no statistically significant difference in Ve between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:DCE-MRI and DWI combined imaging technology has high sensitivity and accuracy in the diagnosis of prostatic abscess, can display the abscess wall and partition, and realize the diagnosis in all aspects, and has high clinical value.
