Analysis of Clinical Value of X-Ray and CT for Pediatric Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia
Objective:To analyze and study the clinical value of X-ray and CT in the diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children. Methods:A total of 164 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia who came to our hospital from April 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to different diagnosis methods, namely CT diagnosis group and X-ray diagnosis group, with 82 cases in each group. The CT diagnosis group was diagnosed by CT,and the chest X-ray examination was performed in the X-ray diagnosis group, and the diagnosis results of the two groups were compared. Results:The diagnostic accuracy of the X-ray diagnosis group was 97.56%,and the diagnostic accuracy of the CT diagnosis group was 97.84%,and there was no difference between the groups(P>0.05).There was no difference between CT and X-ray groups in the detection of patch shadows, nodular shadows, acinar parenchymal shadows and interstitial infiltrates(P>0.05).The detection rate of thickened lung markings in the X-ray diagnosis group was higher than that in the CT diagnosis group, and the detection rate of pleural effusion was lower than that in the CT diagnosis group(P<0.05).Conclusion:X-ray and CT have higher efficacy in diagnosing mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children, while the X-ray irradiation dose is lower than that of CT.
