X射线和CT诊断小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床价值分析

目的:分析和研究X射线和CT诊断小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床价值.方法:选择2021年4月~2022年9月来本院就诊的小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿164例,根据不同诊断方式分为两组,分别为CT诊断组和X射线诊断组,每组各82例;CT诊断组采用CT诊断方式,X射线诊断组实施胸部X射线检查,对照两组诊断结果.结果:X射线诊断组诊断准确率为97.56%,CT诊断组诊断准确率为97.84%,组间比较无差异(P>0.05);CT诊断组和X射线诊断组对斑片影、结节影、腺泡实质影、间质浸润检出情况比较无差异(P>0.05);X射线诊断组肺纹理增粗检出率比CT诊断组高,胸腔积液检出率比CT诊断组低(P<0.05).结论:X射线和CT诊断小儿肺炎支原体肺炎效果均较高,而X射线照射剂量比CT更低.
Analysis of Clinical Value of X-Ray and CT for Pediatric Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia
Objective:To analyze and study the clinical value of X-ray and CT in the diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.Methods:A total of 164 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia who came to our hospital from April 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to different diagnosis methods,namely CT diagnosis group and X-ray diagnosis group,with 82 cases in each group.The CT diagnosis group was diagnosed by CT,and the chest X-ray examination was performed in the X-ray diagnosis group,and the diagnosis results of the two groups were compared.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of the X-ray diagnosis group was 97.56%,and the diagnostic accuracy of the CT diagnosis group was 97.84%,and there was no difference between the groups(P>0.05).There was no difference between CT and X-ray groups in the detection of patch shadows,nodular shadows,acinar parenchymal shadows and interstitial infiltrates(P>0.05).The detection rate of thickened lung markings in the X-ray diagnosis group was higher than that in the CT diagnosis group,and the detection rate of pleural effusion was lower than that in the CT diagnosis group(P<0.05).Conclusion:X-ray and CT have higher efficacy in diagnosing mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children,while the X-ray irradiation dose is lower than that of CT.
