Diagnostic Application of 64-Row Spiral CT in Patients with Acute Aortic Dissection
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of 64-row spiral CT multiplane reconstruction(MPR)technology in patients with acute aortic dissection. Methods:All 40 patients with suspected acute aortic dissection admitted to the hospital from February 2021 to September 2022 were examined by 64-row spiral CT MPR,aortic digital subtraction(DSA),DSA results as the "gold standard",and the diagnostic efficacy of 64-row spiral CT MPR in patients with acute aortic dissection was analyzed. Results:Among the 40 suspected patients with acute aortic dissection,31 were diagnosed through DSA examination, accounting for 77.50%;According to the "gold standard" of DSA diagnosis, the sensitivity of 64-row spiral CT MPR technology for the diagnosis of acute aortic dissection is 93.55%(29/31),specificity is 88.89%(8/9),accuracy is 92.50%(37/40),positive predictive value is 96.67%(29/30),negative predictive value is 80.00%(8/10),and it is consistent with the results of DSA examination(Kappa=0.793);There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between the 64-row spiral CT MPR technique and DSA examination in the Debakey classification, affected areas, accompanied by calcification and thrombus characteristics of acute aortic dissection.Conclusion:64-row spiral CT MPR technology has high diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy in patients with acute aortic dissection, and can identify Debakey classification, involvement area, calcification and thrombosis.
