Comparison of Dynamic Electrocardiogram and Routine Electrocardiogram in the Diagnosis of Viral Myocarditis in Children
Objective:To analyze the different effects of dynamic ECG and routine ECG during the diagnosis of viral myocarditis in children. Methods:From January 2021 to November 2022,50 children with viral myocarditis diagnosed in our hospital were randomly selected as research objects.Routine ECG and dynamic ECG were performed on the above objects, and the results of the two methods were included in the control group and the observation group, respectively. The results of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results:The total detection rate of the observation group was 98.00%,significantly higher than the 78.00%detection rate of the control group, with a significant difference between the groups,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the process of clinical diagnosis for children with viral myocarditis, the detection rate of dynamic electrocardiogram is higher, which is more conducive to providing reliable reference for clinical treatment.
