Relationship Between T Creak-Final Interval and T Creak-Final Interval Dispersion of Electrocardiogram and Prognosis of Patients with Dilated Cardiomyopathy
Objective:To analyze the effect of Tp-Te interval and Tp-Te interval dispersion on prognosis of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods:70 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy were divided into observation group and control group according to whether malignant arrhythmia occurred.ECG and ultrasound indexes were compared and the correlation between them was analyzed.Results:Tp-Te interval, dispersion and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)in observation group were higher than those in control group, while left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left ventricular septal thickness(IVST)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The dispersion of Tp-Te interphase and Tp-Te interphase was negatively correlated with LVEF and IVST,and positively correlated with LVEDD.Conclusion:Tp-Te interval and Tp-Te interval dispersion can reflect the cardiac function and the risk of malignant arrhythmia in patients with confluent heart disease.
