Effect of Alkaline Cleaning Agent on Improving the Cleaning Quality and Economic Cost of Hard Endoscopic Instruments
Objective:To analyze the cleaning quality and economic cost of alkaline cleaning agent in the cleaning quality process of hard laparoscopic instruments.Methods:A total of 420 hard laparoscopic instruments cleaned in the disinfection supply room of Heyuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2021 to August 2022 were taken as the objects of this study.They were divided into observation group(alkaline cleaning agent,210 pieces)and control group(conventional cleaning agent,210 pieces)according to random number table method.The quality of hard laparoscopic cleaning(qualified,unqualified),economic cost,management quality(instrument management,packaging management,environmental management),pass rate of hand hygiene and pass rate of surgical instrument rust removal were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:The cleaning quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the economic cost was lower,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The comparison of management quality between the two groups showed that the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);The pass rate of hand hygiene after cleaning between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of alkaline cleaning agent in the cleaning process of hard laparoscopic instruments can obviously improve the cleaning quality of instruments,and reduce the cleaning cost of disinfection and supply of indoor cleaning,which is more conducive to improving the management quality than the conventional cleaning agent.
