The Influence of the Application of Information Management System on the Management Level of Hospital Medical Equipment and the Use Experience of Medical Staff
Objective:To explore the influence of information management system on the management level of hospital medical equipment and the use experience of medical staff equipment.Methods:From January 2021 to June 2021,75 medical devices,5 medical personnel in equipment department and 122 medical personnel using hospital equipment were selected as the control group,and routine medical equipment management was performed.From July 2021 to December 2021,75 medical equipment,5 medical personnel in the equipment department and 128 medical personnel using hospital equipment were used as the test group to implement medical equipment management by applying information management system.The qualified rate of medical equipment inspection,quality score of equipment management,equipment maintenance and management,equipment use experience of medical staff and economic benefit of equipment were compared before and after the implementation of information management.Results:The equipment inspection qualification rate,equipment management quality scores,preventive maintenance rate,and post maintenance management rate of the test group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The fault handling rate of the test group was lower than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);The economic benefits of the test group's equipment were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The overall satisfaction rate of medical staff using equipment in the test group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The information management system can promote the improvement of hospital medical equipment management level,and can improve the use experience of medical staff equipment and equipment economic benefit.
