Application of 6S Management in Safety Management of Instruments and Equipment in Neurosurgical ICU
Objective:To analyze the application effect of 6S management in the safety management of instruments and equipment in neurosurgical ICU.Methods:In this study,the instruments and medical staff of the neurosurgical ICU before and after 6S management were analyzed,and the safety management of the instruments and equipment in the neurosurgical ICU after 6S management was further analyzed.Results:After the implementation of 6S management,the satisfaction of medical staff on the equipment was relatively high,and there was a significant difference compared with that before the implementation of 6S management,P<0.05.Compared with before the implementation of 6S management,the management effect of the instruments and equipment in the neurosurgical ICU after the implementation of 6S management was more advantageous,and the statistical difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:6S management is a relatively ideal management method in the process of implementing the safety management of instruments and equipment in the neurosurgical ICU,which helps to improve the satisfaction of medical staff on instruments and equipment,improve the safety management level and quality,and ensure that instruments and equipment can be in the best state.
