To Explore the Application Effect of SPD Management Mode in Medical Consumables Management
Objective:To explore the application effect of SPD management mode in medical consumables management.Methods:400 points of medical consumables obtained by from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the control group,and routine management of medical consumables was carried out.In addition,400 medical consumables obtained by from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the observation group to implement SPD management mode.Compare the application time,receiving time,inventory time and inventory consumption amount of the two groups of medical consumables;Record the expiration of consumables,difficulties in returning or replacing goods,and disputes between hospitals and suppliers;And evaluate the satisfaction of medical staff during the use of medical consumables.Results:The application time,receiving time and inventory time of medical consumables in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the weekly inventory consumption amount was less than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse results of medical consumables in the observation group was 1.25％,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(5.75％),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of medical personnel using medical consumables in the observation group was 96.88％,significantly higher than the control group's 75.00％,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of SPD management mode in medical consumables management is significant,which can not only save the time of applying,receiving and inventory of consumables,reduce the inventory loss of consumables,reduce the adverse results of consumables,but also improve the satisfaction of medical staff.
