Application Effect of ENT Instruments Included in the Centralized Management of Disinfection Supply Center
Objective:To analyze the application effect of ENT instruments included in the centralized management of disinfection supply center.Methods:A study was conducted on the disinfection of ENT instruments from January 2022 to July 2022.According to the odd and even numbers,the disinfection managers were divided into the control group and the observation group.40 people in the control group were subjected to routine disinfection treatment,and 40 people in the observation group were included in the equipment.Go to the disinfection supply center for centralized management,and compare the disinfection conditions of the two groups of instruments.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly higher rates of qualified items,disinfection and sterilization,and distribution,with a difference of P<0.05;Compared with the control group,the disinfection quality,packaging quality,disinfection management process,and disinfection operation scores in the observation group were significantly higher,with a difference of P<0.05;Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly lower rates of expiration date errors,incorrect items in the package,incorrect label filling,and loss of surgical instruments in their work,with a difference of P<0.05.Conclusion:After the ENT instruments are included in the centralized management of the disinfection supply center,it will help to significantly improve the effect of instrument disinfection management,improve the quality of instrument disinfection and sterilization,and improve the quality of care.
