Blood type testing is very important in clinical transfusion,and it is an effective way to avoid immune rejection and hemolytic reaction of blood transfusions with unmatched blood groups.Blood grouping analyzer with high degree of automation and standardization can rapidly detect blood type in large quantities,improving the efficiency and accuracy of blood type test.In this paper,patents of the global blood grouping analyzer are retrieved and analysised,and patent information is analyzed from the perspectives of the whole blood grouping analyzer,type,sample addition and interpretation and other mechanical modules as well as microcolumn gel method,microporous plate method,etc.,to clarify the technical distribution and core technology development direction of blood grouping analyzer.It is hoped to provide technical guidance and reference for Chinese blood grouping analyzer research.
