The Value of Dynamic Contrast-Enhanced Magnetic Resonance Scan in the Diagnosis of Ovarian Tumors
Objective:To investigate the value of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance scan in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors. Methods:The subjects were 80 patients with ovarian tumors admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021.All of them received dynamic enhanced MR scanning. The diagnostic efficacy of dynamic enhanced MR scanning was analyzed based on the results of surgical and pathological examinations. At the same time, the enhancement uniformity, time signal intensity curve type, enhancement rate at the first minute, and enhancement peak time of benign and malignant tumors were compared to analyze the differential value of dynamic enhanced MR scanning in benign and malignant tumors. Results:The results of surgical pathology showed that 44 of 80 patients were benign tumors,36 were malignant tumors. The results of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance scan showed that 42 patients were benign tumors,34 patients were malignant tumors,2 patients were misdiagnosed, and the diagnostic rate was 95.00%(76/80).34 of 44 benign tumors had homogeneous enhancement and 10 had heterogeneous enhancement; In 36 cases of malignant tumors,6 cases had homogeneous enhancement and 30 cases had heterogeneous enhancement. There were significant differences in curve type, enhancement rate at the first minute and peak time between benign and malignant tumors(P<0.05).The microvessel count of malignant tumors was significantly higher than that of benign tumors(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance scan is of great value in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors, and is helpful in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors.
