The Value of IGPS-O Image Guided Radiotherapy Localization System Combined with CT Reconstruction in Precise Radiotherapy for Head and Neck Tumors
Objective:To analyze the influence of the new image guided positioning system(IGPS)-O combined with CT reconstruction on the precision radiotherapy of patients with head and neck tumors. Methods:From January 2020 to August 2022,the General Hospital of the Medical Community of Shaoxing Second Hospital diagnosed and treated 60 patients who received intensity modulated radiation therapy.IGPS-O positioning system and CT reconstruction technology were used in the radiotherapy to analyze the effect of precision radiotherapy. Results:The positioning offset registration error rate of the joint technology at 8,10,12,and 16mm is significantly lower than that of CT reconstruction technology, and the calibration efficiency time is shorter than that of CT reconstruction technology. Moreover, after the joint technology registration correction, the distance between the tumor area and the planned target area(PTV)in the left and right, head and foot, and abdominal and dorsal directions is lower than before correction(P<0.05).Conclusion:IGPS-O image guided radiotherapy localization system combined with CT reconstruction can achieve the goal of accurate radiotherapy for patients with head and neck tumors, and reduce the registration error rate.
