Diagnostic Value of Multi-Echo Combined with Gradient Echo Imaging Sequence in Early Knee Cartilage Injury
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of multiple echo combined with gradient echo imaging(MEGRE)sequence in early knee cartilage injury. Methods:The general clinical data of 129 patients with early knee cartilage injury treated in our hospital from September 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed, and 76 patients who received MRI MEGRE sequence and MRI routine sequence were selected for study. The diagnosis of knee cartilage injury with two different sequences was recorded.Taking arthroscopic results as the gold standard, the diagnostic value of MRI MEGRE sequence and conventional MRI sequence in early knee cartilage injury was discussed. Results:There were no scores of 1 or 2 in MEGRE sequence and conventional sequence images, and there were significant differences in the proportions of 3,4 and 5 points(P<0.05).6 articular surfaces, namely patella, medial and lateral tibial plateau, medial and lateral malleolus of femur, and trochlea of femur, were evaluated on MRI.A total of 456 articular cartilages were detected by arthroscopy in 54 cases,96 cases,147 cases,82 cases, and 77 cases of grade 0,grade Ⅰ,grade Ⅱ,grade Ⅲ,grade Ⅳ.MRI MEGRE sequence detected 54,96,150,82 and 74 cases of grade 0,grade Ⅰ,grade Ⅱ,grade Ⅲ and grade Ⅳ,respectively.Conventional sequences were detected in 55 cases,93 cases,147 cases,83 cases and 78 cases of grade 0,grade Ⅰ,grade Ⅱ,grade Ⅲ and grade Ⅳ respectively. The sensitivity of MRI MEGRE sequence in the classification diagnosis of knee cartilage injury was significantly higher than that of conventional sequence(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the early diagnosis of knee cartilage injury,MRI MEGRE sequence has higher quality imaging images than conventional sequence, and has higher diagnostic efficacy in the classification of knee cartilage injury.
