Analysis of the Application Value of Spiral CT 3D Recombination in the Diagnosis of Ankle Fracture
Objective:To explore the application effect of spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the diagnosis of ankle joint fractures.Methods:106 patients with ankle fractures in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected. All patients underwent X-ray examination and spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction examination, and the examination results were analyzed. Results:That in terms of supination adduction type, supination external rotation type, supination external abduction type, supination external rotation type, vertical compression type, and overall coincidence rate,X-ray examination was 54.55%,65.38%,50.00%,72.22%,63.64%,and 60.38%,respectively,while CT examination was 96.97%,92.31%,100.00%,100.00%,100.00%,and 97.16%,respectively.CT examination was higher than X-ray examination(P<0.05);There were a total of 150 ankle joint injuries in 106 patients, including 46 internal ankle fractures,44 posterior ankle fractures, and 60 external ankle fractures. In terms of internal ankle fracture, posterior ankle fracture, external ankle fracture, and overall detection rate,X-ray examination was 65.22%,68.18%,91.67%,and 76.67%,respectively,while CT examination was 100.00%,93.18%,93.33%,and 95.33%,respectively.CT examination was higher than X-ray examination(P<0.05).Conclusion:Spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology has high application value in the diagnosis of ankle joint fractures. It can not only reflect the type of ankle joint fracture, but also clearly display the fracture site.
