Observation of Image Quality of CT Pulmonary Arteriography with Different Flow Rates of Iodophorol Contrast Agent
Objective:To analyze the image quality of CT pulmonary artery angiography(CTPA)at different flow rates. Methods:In 78 pulmonary embolism patients admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to August 2021,350mg I/mL iopiferol contrast agents were divided into 4.0,3.5,3.0mL/s group according to different contrast injection rates, the quality of CTPA images in the three groups was compared, and the detection rate of pulmonary embolism was calculated. Results:CT values of main,VVC and SNR and CNR among the three groups(the subjective score of P>0.05),4.0mL/s group was slightly higher than 3.5,3.0mL/s group, and the artifact score was slightly lower than 3.5,3.0mUs group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparison of the detection rate of pulmonary embolism among the three groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in radiation volume CT dose index, dose length product and effective dose among the three groups(P>0.05).There were no adverse reactions such as acute renal failure, allergies, cardiac arrest,or tachycardia in the three groups. Conclusion:CT pulmonary angiography was performed using 350mg I/mL iodine contrast agent. The decrease in iodine injection rate can reduce the degree of pulmonary artery enhancement, but the image quality can meet clinical diagnostic needs.
