Clinical Application and Effect Evaluation of Multirow Spiral CT in Differential Diagnosis of Ground-Glass Nodules in the Lung
Objective:To investigate the value of multirow spiral CT in differential diagnosis of ground-glass nodules.Methods:200 patients with pathologically confirmed pulmonary ground-glass nodules admitted from May 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and their medical records were retrospectively analyzed and divided into benign group and malignant group.Multi-row spiral CT diagnosis was used to observe the morphology,margin,internal characteristics,adjacent structural signs and nodule type of benign and malignant nodules.Results:The detection rate of round/round,lobation,bubble/air bronchial sign,pleural depression and mixed ground-glass nodules were higher than that of benign group,and the comparative difference was significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive analysis of GGN with multi-row spiral CT can correctly judge the benign and malignant lesions of GGN.
