The Application of the Roche Automatic Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer to Detect Serum AFP and CEA in the Diagnosis of Liver Cancer was Discussed
Objective:To explore and analyze the application of the Roche automatic electrochemiluminescence analyzer to detect serum AFP and CEA in the diagnosis of liver cancer. Methods:Select our hospital from July 2018 to July 2022 cases of liver cancer patients with as an observation group, and choose the same period of 80 cases of healthy adults as a control group, using Roche automatic electrochemiluminescence analyzer for two groups of personnel serum fetoprotein(AFP),carcinogenesis antigen(CEA)level, comparing the sensitivity and specificity of separate detection and combined detection. Results:Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher levels of serum AFP and CEA expression, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The combined detection of serum AFP and CEA showed higher sensitivity and specificity compared to the individual detection of AFP or CEA,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of serum AFP and CEA in liver cancer patients can be used as an important reference index for the diagnosis of liver cancer. The combined detection has higher sensitivity and specificity than the separate detection.
