Application of Real-Time PCR in Nucleic Acid Detection in Blood Stations
Objective:To observe and analyze the application effect of real-time quantitative PCR in nucleic acid detection in blood stations.Methods:Samsamples of 17564 from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected for HBsAg,anti-HCV,anti-HCV,anti-HIV,anti-TP,ALT and reexamination for nucleic acid detection by real-time PCR.Results:In the blood samples of 17564 voluntary blood donors,a total of 25 cases were detected as positive for hepatitis B virus deoxyribonucleic acid,and 0 cases as positive for hepatitis C virus ribonucleic acid and human immunodeficiency virus(type 1)ribonucleic acid using real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technology.In the inter room quality assessment conducted at the clinical inspection center,all inspection conclusions were correct,with a score of 100 points.Conclusion:Real-time quantitative PCR technology used in nucleic acid detection in blood stations can effectively reduce the virus detection window period and contribute to the improvement of blood safety level.
