Evaluation of the Application Effect of Automatic External Defibrillator Combined with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation in Patients with Cardiac Arrest
Objective:To investigate the application effect of automatic external defibrillator combined with cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the emergency treatment of patients with sudden cardiac arrest.Methods:80 patients with sudden cardiac arrest admitted from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects, and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and the observation group received automatic external defibrillator combined with cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The resuscitation success rate, time to return of spontaneous circulation(ROSC),time of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and emergency treatment time were observed and compared between the two groups. Results:The resuscitation success rate of the observation group was 87.50%,which was higher than 45.00%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the time of cardiopulmonary resuscitation between the two groups[control group(13.68±3.54)min,observation group(13.42±3.08)min](P>0.05).The time to ROSC[control group(5.34±1.58)min,observation group(4.56±0.44)min]and emergency treatment time[control group(4.13±1.37)min,observation group(3.12±1.28)min]in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Automatic external defibrillator combined with cardiopulmonary resuscitation can shorten the time of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in patients with sudden cardiac arrest, promote the recovery of spontaneous circulation, shorten the emergency treatment time, and improve the resuscitation success rate of patients.
