Discussion on the Effectiveness and Safety of Endoscopic Ultrasound in the Treatment of Early Cardiac Cancer and Precancerous Lesions
Objective:To explore the effectiveness and safety of endoscopic ultrasound in the treatment of early cardiac cancer and precancerous lesions.Methods:98 patients with early-stage cardia cancer and precancerous lesions were taken as an example. All patients underwent endoscopic ultrasonography and endoscopic mucosal dissection, and the effectiveness and safety were retrospectively analyzed.Results:①The results of endoscopic ultrasonography showed that all cardiac mucosa had lesions.A total of 98 lesions were identified by pathological examination, with an average tumor diameter of(12.87±2.30)mm.The posterior wall has multiple locations, and the general types are mainly type 0-Ⅱc and type 0-Ⅱa+Ⅱc;Depth of infiltration:51 locations in SMI and 47 locations in SM2;The main infiltration pattern is INFa.②The curative resection rate among 98 lesions was 44.90%,and the adverse event rate was 3.06%.③The comparison between the curative resection group and the non-curative resection group in terms of general type, invasion depth, and invasion pattern composition was P<0.05.Conclusion:Endoscopic ultrasound is highly effective and safe in the treatment of early cardiac cancer and precancerous lesions.
